They might let you on, I just wouldn't be surprised if they took you to the side, asked if you had read the signs, and reminder you they do not recommend getting on the ride and can't be held responsible for any negative effects experienced after the ride (or something to that effect). Double check your Times Guide for the day’s closing time.

Its really just a bit bumpy, not any thing too crazy and your're not belted in, so you can easily brace yourself on the seats in front of you on the bumpier bits. I'm no Disney World amateur. I agree with disfaninnyc-our pregnant family member rode the safari without any problems. I had to hold my 4 year old in place and there are no seatbelts or anything to hold you in place. However, there are some Disney World rides which recommend that if you are pregnant you should not ride. You can enjoy it when your child is ready for his/her Disney fun! ! It's like binding and torturous and roller coaster motions, it's not good, it's not right and it can be as bad as drinking while pregnant. I also rose soarin with the seat belt under my belly. Just be aware that the ride can be quite bumpy, especially if seated in the rear rows. I always asked for front row. Since the ride is driven by a driver and I have had some that drive faster and some some slower, it does not have the consistancy that you get from a tracked ride. Now, there is no reason to take unnecessary risks just for an amusement park ride. I also worked there so I know the places. Why take a chance with your baby just to go on a ride.
The Kilimanjaro ride is the safari one if I'm not mistaken. Navigating the food of WDW can actually be a be a bit tricky while pregnant. Disney’s Kilimanjaro Safari Ride very clearly states that pregnant ladies should not ride. Sunset remains a pretty time of day to ride. Now, Kilimanjaro Safaris typically closes an hour or more before the rest of the Park.
