If buying new, the Ithaca will cost way more than the 870 of similar grade. The double pump arms operate like lightening. Taking it down and finding parts for it will be much, much easier than the Ithaca. I am torn between buying a really nice Remington Wingmaster (Left Hand) and a 1955 Ithaca Model 37 16 gauge.
